Your privacy is very important to us. We also think it’s important you know how and why we collect, store, and use your personal information. Our Privacy Notice explains all this, tells you what your rights are, and how to contact us. Please read it carefully.

Information we collect and what we use it for
Names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses
To contact you to discuss your booking or any future guest room availability, events and offers at Inishmore Island B&B; to contact you during your stay in the event of an emergency; and to monitor the location demographics of our guest base. We may also collect this information for the purposes of your attendance at any event that we may be organising either alone or with a third party event provider.
Information on food allergies
To enable us to comply with our health and safety obligations and to provide you with an informed choice as to the suitability of food options.
Communication preferences and marketing opt-ins
To enable us to contact guests with information about future guest room availability, events and offers.
The details of your arrival and departure date.
To enable us to monitor who is staying at Inishmore Island B&B, for assessing availability of rooms, and for determining the safety of guests in the event of an emergency evacuation at Inishmore Island B&B.
Your personal information must be provided in order for us to offer you guest accommodation, and to provide you with a safe stay at Inishmore Island B&B, or, in some circumstances, to comply with our legal obligations (such as to ensure the health and safety of our guests).
We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which we collected it (explained in the table above), unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason, and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. We do not routinely collect health information and where such information is provided by you, we would only process that information with your explicit consent.
We will never sell or rent your information to anyone else. But we may need to share your personal information when the law tells us to, or for the following reasons:
All the personal information we collect is handled by our employees in the United Kingdom.
We collect your personal information when it is provided directly from you, whether during a telephone, email booking or online booking, and when you complete the Guest Registration Form on arrival. It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal information (and in particular contact telephone number) changes during your stay at Inishmore Island B&B.
We will process your personal information with your consent and when it is in our legitimate interests to do this and when these interests do not override your rights. Those legitimate interests include providing you with information on future guest room availability, our events, and offers.
We will hold your personal information for the duration of your stay at Inishmore Island B&B and for the period of 3 years after your departure, unless we have a good reason to keep your information longer (such as a legal, regulatory or business reason for retaining your information for longer).
If you want to correct or request us to stop using, change or limit how we use, or delete your personal information, or request that we transfer a copy of your personal information to another person, please contact us (you will find our contact details in section 11).
We will only give your information to people who need to use it, like employees of Inishmore Island B&B. Anyone using your information must look after it carefully. If we think someone has accessed your personal information without permission, we’ll tell you when the law requires us to.
